Today is August 1, 2009. My name is Toni, my sons have a friend that her and her mom had a problem with there computer and called the geek squad. I'm not sure what whole story is, but they had paid them $300 and after they left there was something wrong with there computer that they didn't have problem with before. This girl called my son that knows of computers, he went to school for it. He is thinking of having his own business because of frauds like geek squad.
